Dr. Paul Goggin

Training
Dr Paul Goggin is a fully qualified Specialist Anaesthetist.
He graduated from Medicine at Melbourne University in 1986 and trained in Anaesthesia at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne.
After completing Fellowships at the Alfred Hospital and Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, he commenced specialist practice in the UK and has been in Melbourne since 1997.

Experience
Paul’s work includes anaesthesia for General & Hepato-biliary, Urological, Colorectal, Orthopaedic, Plastic, ENT and Head & Neck Surgery. He has a special interest in patients with obstructed and difficult airways.
He provides anaesthesia for adult and paediatric patients.
Paul is a member of the Medical Advisory Committee, the Anaesthetics Craft Group, and Paediatrics Committee at St Vincent’s Private Hospital.
Dr Goggin participates in the Australia & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists Continuing Professional Development Program.

Outside interests
Outside medicine, Paul enjoys time with his family, has a keen interest in live music and sport, plays guitar and avidly supports his children's sporting interests.
