Dr. Greg Emery

Training
Dr. Emery is a Specialist Anaesthetist who graduated from the University of Melbourne Medical School in 1987. After his residency he trained as an Anaesthetist at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne, including rotations through the Mercy Maternity Hospital, Royal Children’s Hospital and Monash Medical Centre. In1998-2000 he was a full time staff anaesthetist at St Vincent’s Hospital and now is a visiting anaesthetist to St. Vincent’s Hospital.

Experience
He has a special interest in anaesthesia for orthopaedic, thoracic, ear nose and throat (including paediatric), neurosurgical, colorectal, urological, gynaecological and plastic surgery. His qualifications include MBBS and FANZCA. He is a member of the Australian & New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) and the Australian Society of Anaesthetists (ASA).

Outside Interests
When not at work Dr. Emery enjoys time with his family, watching AFL, playing golf and going to the beach.
