Dr. Jeremy Wong

Training

Dr Wong was born in Sydney. Moving to Melbourne to undertake his medical training he graduated in 2000 and completed his anaesthesia qualifications from St Vincent's Hospital where he was a Consultant Anaesthetist for over 10 years.

 

Experience

Jeremy maintains a wide and varied anaesthesia practise. This includes anaesthesia for neurosurgery, orthopaedics, ENT surgery, paediatric and vascular surgery. He is particularly interested in effective strategies for treating post-operative pain with nerve blocks. Dr Wong's practise includes a large number of orthopaedic and neurosurgical operations.

 

Current Appointments

Dr Jeremy Wong works at many private hospitals throughout Melbourne including The Epworth Hospitals, St Vincent's Private Hospitals, The Avenue, Warringal, Knox and Epworth Freemasons.

 

 

Outside Interests

Jeremy has 4 children.  Activities such as fishing, the beach and snow-skiing leave little time for him to get out on the golf course, but he tries his best. He has a vast Jazz library and enjoys playing piano.
